PROJECT OVERVIEW:

DESIGN OBJECTIVES:
Emphasize emotion through contrast - Use high contrast black and white tones to heighten the visual and emotional impact of the image.

Create narrative ambiguity - Let the viewer project their own interpretation whether the subject is trapped, reaching for freedom, or yearning for something just out of reach.

Use framing as metaphor - The barred window is not just a physical boundary, but a visual metaphor for internal or external constraints.

Focus on human detail - The hand, central to the image, conveys emotion through posture, outstretched fingers, slight tension, or gentle touch against the light.

VISUAL DESCRIPTION:
